No way for Administrator to Change Password!

Hello All,

I just started working with ASP.NET MVC 5 and Visual Studio 2013, and am in the process of creating an Open Source Portal System. While coding an Administrative Dashboard to allow Site Administrators to Change the Password of Users for them, I noticed a few things:

1. There is no way for users to reset their password if they forget their original password (no "forgot password" feature) in the ASP.NET MVC 5 Internet Template. 
2. Even when looking through the new ASP.NET MVC 5 Identity Provider Libraries, the UserManager Library does not have a ChangePassword Method that does not require the original password. 

What am I missing here? How did Microsoft expect for Developers to use this login system if no one can reset their passwordsnot even Admins! If anyone has any type of information on how to do those two things with the built in login system please let me know.
