using antixss library with eval repeater

hi all,

is using Microsoft.Security.Application library with htmlencode eval in repeater protects application against vulnerability. i am using asp.net 3.5, or do i need to attack some more things.

'<%# AntiXss.HtmlEncode(Eval("Title").ToString()) %>' with repeater eval prvent antixss attacks.
