Security Hole in Application

I have a forms-based, dot.net website in the DMZ hitting a MSSQL server behind the firewall. Every so often the content on one of the pages gets replaced with something like the following:

etbraipmzdspttcfmnpou, mbjuqwdouq

I open up the database table that populates the application pages and sure enough the page content is replaced. Has anyone seeing this before? Where does this comed from? I've monitored this for quite some time now and don't think it comes from an outside source. Could it be coming from some dorment process that monitors calls to the database? I would greatly appreciate some help on this.
