IP address authentication in web.config?

Hello all,

Our web site is hosted on a Windows server and we are trying to work out how best we can implement IP address authentication for just one folder on our site (an entire university requires access to this folder). I know this is possible to do in an .htaccess file. Is it possible to achieve the same in the web.config file? If not, any ideas?
