I have a site that has started prompting for login for no reason. If you just press the link again it work and then not and then ok, no real need to log in again. So it seems the system knows the user is logged in but still keeps prompting. It is an old site and this is a fairly new problem. I assume one of the updates from NuGet started it but I have no idea which one or how to track it down. Note I can't reproduce it locally and the site is hosted on Rack Space.
Currently I am using the default WebMatrix.WebData.WebSecurity log in/out stuff in MVC. The WebMatrix DDL shows Version 3.0.0.0 runtime v4.0.30319. The MVC DLL shows version 5.2.3.0 runtime v4.0.30319.
Any suggestion on how to track to down or settings or versions to check that could be causing some incompatibility?
