Disable Identity requirement for IUserPhoneNumberStore

Hello,

I am implementing my own Fluent NHibernate based repository, gradually folding in IUser*Store (i.e. whatever * happens to be).

I bumped into the interface wanting IUserPhoneNumberStore. I've heard the argument for wanting a phone number in the profile, but I cannot expect all of my users to have a phone number. Email is sufficient, they will handshake on the email. What they "have" will be a message with a callback into the two factor verification, for instance.

So, I want to disable the phone number requirement. Of course, this is pretty much hard-baked-into the UserManager code. Fair enough. Simple enough to disable the method in an override.

Suggestions?
