I'm noticing more and more programming jobs in my area that require security+ certification (most of the programming jobs are defense and aerospace related where I live). I decided to go ahead and get this, but when I dove into the training, I could see
that I was in over my head. I looked around and saw that network+ was recommended before taking security+, so I dove into some network+ training.
So now here's my question: How much network+ training is enough to where I can handle security+ training? Do I need enough network+ training to be able to be certified in network+, or will a non-certification level of understanding be sufficient?
