Login and Registry not working with Identity when deployed to a new Server run under Plesk

Hi,  My asp.NET project (vs2015) will deploy and be fully functional normally but with this particular host....

1. I cannot remotely login using MS SSMS
2. The out-of box Registry and Login routines do not function (no error is shown)
3. (not sure if this is related at all but...) tinyMCE or CKEditor modules when embedded in a DetailView Control causes no control to show

I'm puzzled.  The server was upgraded so I could access the functionality of Identity using version 4.6 EntityFramework.  There were no issues with the earlier server running version 3.5

Does any of this suggest a cause?  The ISP is very slow to offer anything constructive.
