how to build membership in visual 2015

hello

i`m using visual 2015 for my asp.net website. my database is in the app Data folder in the project. i trying to use membership but it cannot connect to data base. 

i did this steps:

2- then i run aspnet_regsql.exe

in this step i see the errors:
